About the Speakers
Vince Crisler has more than 25 years of IT and cybersecurity leadership within the Department of Defense, federal civilian government, and private sector. Previously, he was CEO and Founder of Dark Cubed, a cybersecurity product company focused on innovative solutions for small and midsize companies which was acquired by Celerium in 2022. Before founding Dark Cubed, Vince served as White House CISO.
Tommy McDowell is a seasoned leader in cyber threat intelligence, risk management, and information security who has helped private sector and governmental organizations transform their cybersecurity understanding and practices. As General Manager at Celerium, McDowell leverages his nearly 20 years of experience, thought leadership and insight in cybersecurity and threat intelligence to help businesses and organizations defend their supply chains. Previously, he served as VP of Threat Intel at RH-ISAC and Sr. Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at FireEye.
Karl has more than 30 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions for government agencies, commercial businesses and large enterprise corporations. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager of Global Risk Intelligence, at Everbridge and CEO of NC4, a leading risk intelligence monitoring company with over 300 Fortune 1000 enterprise customers. NC4 was acquired by Everbridge in 2019.
Jeffrey has been named among the top 100 Global Chief Information Security Officers by HotTopics and Forcepoint, a multinational software corporation based in Texas. The list showcases global cybersecurity leaders who work to protect businesses from cyberattacks and data breaches.
Vinson is a retired military officer and a former technical director at National Security Agency (NSA) and has more than 25 years of information security experience in military, federal government, financial services and healthcare. He is a member of the International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) and was one of the organization’s first speakers at its inaugural global CISO executive summits.
